Central Florida Community Planning and Development

Central Florida Community Planning and Development (CFCPD) is a community centered and development focused 501 (c) 3 organization. We bring people, organizations and municipalities together in an effort to achieve extraordinary results. CFCPD implements proven strategies and a concise order of operations to effectively ensure that projects we undertake come to fruition.

CFCPD realizes that communities have aspirations, corporations have expectations and municipalities have obligations. Rather than convincing three different groups to adapt the desires of others, CFCPD manages to work within the confines of each interested party to find common ground in an effort to achieve quality attainable results.
